Currently, we just translate from/to English and Chinese. 

What translation tools does Core use?

We take advantages of Trados TM technology.

Does Core use Machine Translation?

Never. Current translation technology, though it is far more advanced than before, is not capable to translate comprehensive articles. We count on our excellent translators to deliver the translation. 

How does Core ensure accuracy and consistency of translation?

At the beginning of the project, our translators create a glossary and send it to client to get confirmation. We use Computer Associated Translation devices to take advantage of Trados translation technology, keeping the consistency of translation.

How does Core ensure the quality of translation?

All Core translators are qualified in professional knowledge, translation skills and capability of learning.

In addition, our internal reviewers check the expression and meaning of the translation carefully, providing you the optimum translation. 

What types of document does Core translate?

We translate brochures, manuals, magazines, books, reports, contracts, tables of data, emails, press documents and other business documents.

What about daily deliverable of translation?

We can guarantee translation of 2500 words per working day.

How does Core to keep the original format of the documents?

One of Trados advantages is to keep the original format of source document. All format setting including font, paragraph and color will be all remained the same. 

What is the way to deliver source files and translated files?

Files can be transferred by disk delivery, emails and FTP upload. We acknowledge that the way in which we receive files is the default method to return the translation. 

How is the pricing of document translation?

We price the document translation project based on number of Chinese words, but not the number of characters.
